PSYCHEDELIC THERAPY
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
(KAP)
I provide a safe and supportive container for deeper healing, self-exploration, and meaningful change through Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in New Jersey. KAP combines psychotherapy with medically prescribed ketamine to create space for new perspectives, emotional processing, and integration.

"Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes".
Carl Jung

My approach to Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is grounded in the belief that meaningful healing happens when we create enough safety to explore what lives beneath the surface. I see KAP as a collaborative process that supports the whole person, including the mind, body, emotions, and nervous system.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy combines psychotherapy with medically prescribed ketamine and may create space for new perspectives, emotional processing, and greater flexibility in patterns that feel difficult to shift. I partner with Journey Clinical, whose medical team determines eligibility, prescribes the medication, and provides medical oversight.
Preparation and integration are an important part of my approach. Before a dosing session, we create intention and establish a sense of safety. Afterward, we explore what came up and how those insights can support meaningful change.
My work is rooted in a whole-person, wellness-based approach. Sessions may include mindfulness, somatic awareness, grounding practices, and sound healing to help you feel supported and connected throughout the process.
I believe the experience itself is only one part of the work. The deeper healing often comes from what we are able to understand, integrate, and carry forward.
