SERVICES
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is evidence based and considered to be the best practice for many common mental health diagnoses, particularly depression and anxiety. CBT begins with increasing awareness of your thoughts and shifts into finding more adaptive ways to think about your stressors. In therapy, clients will learn how to stay present in their bodies when uncomfortable feelings arise. This change is the foundation for all further growth because you will decrease your tendency to avoid, shut down, and numb.
Individual, couples and family sessions: 53 minutes.
Initial evaluation: $175
Follow up sessions: $135
We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna and United Healthcare.

What to Expect:
Therapy works best on a weekly basis but at times it is appropriate to increase or decrease the frequency of sessions. This will be determined on an individual basis.
Therapy is collaborative. While venting can be cathartic, change requires a deeper understanding of patterns. Therapists are trained to help uncover those layers and increase self awareness by asking the right questions
