THERAPISTS

Sasha Alvarado, LPC, ACS
Owner
Being a therapist means seeing the best in people. Being human can be messy and confusing and our brains are wired to have way more negative, critical thoughts than good. I love to provide a supportive environment for clients to reach their full potential. Change and self improvement is something I have always been passionate about. Being a part of that journey for clients is something that I hold very dear. I work from a wellness based approach that considers the whole person and all of our interconnected parts.

Margo Moriarty
Clinical Intern
I bring years of experience supporting children and families through my work as a teacher and behavioral assistant. I offer a warm, compassionate, and approachable presence to therapy and strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves.
I especially enjoys working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, life transitions, school-related stress, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and relationship challenges. I believes in meeting each client where they are and helping them build greater confidence, self-awareness, and healthy coping skills.
